Fit & Faith’s Bootcamp Fitness Class
$50 Monthly, come as little or as much as you want, $7 Walk-in Fee
Stay on your fitness plan throughout the Holidays. Sylvia brings Fit &
Faith’s Bootcamp to Bayside Athletics. Fit & Faith classes will be held
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9-10am. The Fitness classes will help
build core strength, increase endurance, and burn fat. Most workouts will
consist of body and light dumbell workouts.
Tuesday & Thursdays, 9 am to 10 am, starting February 9
Classes are lead by Tonya Schultz
Certified Zumba Fitness ®instructor and Zumba Toning® Instructor, Certified
Piloxing® instructor and Certified Personal Trainer with SCW.
$55 Monthly (8 classes), $7 Walk-in Fee
Piloxing® on Tuesdays
Piloxing® uniquely blends the power, speed & agility of boxing with the
targeted sculpting and flexibility of standing Pilates and fun dance moves
into a high-energy muscle toning interval workout. In addition, this exercise
format incorporates the use of weighted gloves (optional), to add to the
workout.
Cardio, Strength & Core on Thursdays
If you want to improve your strength and endurance, this class is for you.
This class is a mix of cardio, strength training – circuit style using
weights, kettlebells, plyometrics, resistance training and core work. For men
and woman of ALL fitness levels. Class content changes every week.
